研究方向为临床药物分析学、临床代谢物组学与中药化学生物学，主要涉及治疗药物监测与精准药学监护、临床药物代谢与代谢组学研究、药物不良反应监测与药源性疾病研究、中药质量分析与生物活性评价。近五年来主持完成、合作参与国家级、省级及局级科研课题十余项，研究经费300余万元，建立了多维色谱-组合质谱微量分析与宏量制备平台、斑马鱼模式生物多功能筛选平台、个体化药物治疗检测平台、临床治疗药物综合评价平台、中药化学生物学研究技术平台。以第一作者或通讯作者在《Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics》、《Frontiers in Pharmacology》、《Arabian Journal of Chemistry》 、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Chromatography A》、《Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis》等国际权威期刊上发表论文20余篇。

The research directions are clinical pharmaceutical analysis, clinical metabolomics, and chemical biology of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly involving therapeutic drug monitoring and precise pharmaceutical care, clinical drug metabolism and metabolomics research, adverse drug reaction monitoring and drug-induced disease research, quality analysis and biological evaluationof traditional Chinese medicine. In the past five years, more than ten scientific research projects have been hosted and participated at national, Shanghai, and bureau level, with a research funding of over 3 million yuan. Many platforms have been established including micro analysis and macro preparation by multi-dimensional chromatography combined mass spectrometry, zebrafish model for multi-biological screening, personalized drug treatment and detection, comprehensive evaluation of clinical therapeutic drug, and chemical biology research technology of traditional Chinese medicine. As the first/corresponding author, it is published over 20 papers in international authoritative journals such as Clinical Pharmacy&Therapeutics, Frontiers in Pharmacy, Arabian Journal of Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Journal of Chromatography A, and Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis.
