【研究方向介绍】
主要以胃肠道为研究体系,聚焦Hippo等信号通路调控胃肠道肿瘤发生的功能与机制,专注于从微环境角度揭示肿瘤增殖及治疗抵抗的病理机制,并研发靶向干预策略。迄今共发表研究论文20余篇,其中10篇以(共同)第一或通讯作者身份发表在J Clin Invest (2022), Cell Res (2022), Cancer Res (2021), J Exp Med (2020) 和Proc Natl Acad Sci USA (2018/2017)等国际知名学术期刊,研究成果被F1000Prime, Science Signaling及Cell Research等点评推荐,受邀为中国抗癌协会官方期刊Cancer Biol Med和Chin J Cell Biol撰写综述。并已获授权发明专利9项。
